One of Berkeley's latest ventures was an ambitious 10,000 square foot renovation project on the 5th floor of Salem Five's headquarters, located in the heart of downtown Salem, MA. This extensive makeover transformed the space into a functional and modern office environment. The project encompassed the construction of new offices, cubicles, a breakroom with a kitchen area, and bathroom upgrades. Undertaken during Salem’s bustling Halloween season, this project presented unique challenges that were handled with exceptional precision and management skills.
