BU Questrom is a renovation of three seminar rooms that include new finishes, operable partitions supported by structural steel, and a brand new A/V system that integrates not only the Audio and Visual Systems, but also the new motorized window shades.
Boston College McMullen Museum
In September of 2022, BBC submitted a proposal to perform some work for Boston College at the McMullen Museum of Art. The converted mansion on Commonwealth Avenue also serves as a teaching museum and conference center. BC Alum Peter Lynch (Fidelity Vice-Chairman) has made a large gift to the museum, including a Picasso from his personal art collection, that will be on display. The project included adding wall space, relocating electrical devices, audio-visual equipment, and HVAC T-Stats. The work also included revised lighting controls, partial light fixture replacement, installing a conduit raceway system for a new security system as well as miscellaneous lobby improvements. The work started in January as is nearing completion.
SalemFive-Beverly is an interior fit-up of a new bank within the footprint of a brand new building. In addition to coordinating with the base building construction, we are installing new MEPs, new finishes, and new bank equipment
22 Fleet Street
A 5-story renovation of an existing building that included 10 brand new apartments, 1 new commercial space, and one refurbished commercial space, a private roof deck and green roof.
Mooncusser Fish House

Interior/exterior 3 story renovation in Boston's historic back bay into a modern, high scale fish restaurant.
One Shepard Street
Berkeley renovated the former Chez Henri into a new restaurant concept. Scope included full gut renovation to the front and back of house that added a wood burning oven and custom wood slat ceiling. The project also included historic renovations to the buildings wood store front.
This historic property renovation included a single-family residence with the first level and exterior as dedicated entertainment space.
Project details included, structural reinforcement throughout, reframing to support a modernized open concept living space, and extensive infrastructure upgrades to provide efficient heating and cooling.
An important element of this project was restoring historic details, new finishes to recreate historic elements, building automation system, and a new high-end landscape package.
Conservation Law Foundation
Partners: Austin Architects CSL Consulting
A 4 story renovation of offices, seminar spaces and the main entry. Work included reroofing, a mechanical upgrade, new handicap ramp and structural reinforcements. The two first floor restaurants remained operational throughout construction.
Fred C. Church Insurance
Interior fit up for new corporate office location. Scope included high end finishes, custom office fronts and new MEPs.
Parcel 9 Residences
Partners: Urbanica Design & Development
Ground-up construction of a 50 unit apartment building with 1st floor retail spaces. The 1st floor was constructed of steel and concrete atop geopiers while the 5 floors above were wood framed. Photovoltaic panels supplement the electrical service and the building received a LEED Silver certification.
The University Club of Boston
The last of The University Club Renovation Phases are nearing completion. The Club is excited to utilize their new 4th Floor Living Room/Event Space in the very near future. Members are looking forward to viewing squash matches from the new catwalk/skybridge in the coming weeks. The UClub’s Rooftop Patio will be ready for outdoor events just in time for the nice Spring weather!
Symphony Court Condominiums
Adaptive reuse of parking garage into a 6 story luxury condominium building in Boston's Back Bay. This project was one of the first of its kind in the country, and was built with very limited laydown and mobilization space. New egress stairs and an elevator tower were inserted to serve the 38 high-end condominiums. The penthouse roof decks provide a panoramic view of the Boston skyline.
Fit-out of a high-end office space on Canal Street in Boston. Work involved steel and wood structural reframing, new MEP systems, and high-end finishes.
44 Burbank Condominiums
Ground-up 9 story luxury condominium building a block from Symphony Hall in Boston's Back Bay
90 Antwerp Street
90 Antwerp is a newly completed multi-family project that includes 20 units, 12 of which are affordable. The project is a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom units, with amenity spaces, storage areas and covered parking. The exteriors of the buildings are multi colored sidings that match much of the adjoining neighborhood construction with the grounds landscaped with native plantings and a dedicated park area for use by both building residents and neighbors.
197 Coolidge Street
Existing residential home was converted into office space for the school’s administration department. Work included replacement of existing hvac and ventilation systems, new LED lighting, new fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, restroom upgrades, and ADA accessibility changes along with new painting and carpeting throughout the building.
